Amenities & Policies :: Parking Garage

One parking space is allocated to each unit. Parking spaces do not transfer with the sale of a unit. New owners will receive a space on the highest available floor and are invited to place their name on the Parking Waiting List, maintained in the Management Office, if they wish to request a lower floor or different space. There are no guarantees as to when the requested space will become available.

Two parking stickers are issued per parking space and must be affixed on the rear driver’s side window of each car that will use that space.Visitors must obtain a temporary parking permit in order to use a unit owner’s assigned space or a temporary space approved by the Management Office.

Parking protocols are strictly enforced. All unauthorized vehicles will be booted or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

PARKING PLAN FOR 2008
Due to the construction project, parking this year is as follows:

OPEN PARKING:  Friday, May 23 - Monday, June 30
As construction continues through June 30, a temporary parking permit will be required to hang on your rearview mirror during this time.  Permits will be issued beginning Thursday, May 2 at the Front Desk, and then at the garage entrance from Friday, May 23 through Sunday, May 25 from 8am-8pm.  Only one permit will be issued per unit. You may transfer this permit to another vehicle, but only one car per unit will be allowed in the garage.

ASSIGNED PARKING:  Tuesday, July 1 - Labor Day
Your temporary parking permit may be removed during this time as we return to assigned parking.  Open parking will resume immediately after Labor Day as construction resumes.
