9600 Condominiums features a 4 level indoor parking garage. One parking space is allocated to each unit. Parking spaces do not transfer with the sale of a unit. New owners receive a parking space on the highest available floor. If you wish to request a lower floor or different space you are invited to place your name on the Parking Waiting List, which is maintained in the 9600 Association Management Office. There are no guarantees as to when the requested space will become available. Two parking stickers are issued per parking space and must be affixed on the rear driver’s side window of each car that will use that space.Visitors must obtain a temporary parking permit in order to use a unit owner’s assigned space or a temporary space approved by the Management Office. Proper parking protocol is strictly enforced. All unauthorized vehicles will be booted or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Thank you for your cooperation!
