Amenities & Policies :: Lobby & Community Room

Our Lobby is a peaceful place to sit with friends, enjoy the easy listening sounds of digital radio, or make use of our free wireless internet access. Occasionally, you may hear one of our residents displaying their talent on our oak Baby Grand piano. Lobby bathrooms are for the use of residents, guests and authorized visitors of 9600 and are accessed by resident's security key FOB.

Our Community Room is available to residents for a variety of functions; birthday parties, card tournaments, special dinners, or simply gathering with friends for lunch. A modern kitchen services the community room. Unit owners enjoy the large flat-screen television with DVD player and a growing selection of books in the Library. The Community Room is a top gathering place during the summer months with various events held by the Social Committee and Manager, such as weekly movie nights for adults and kids, Manager’s reception, Summer Social Party and much more.   

These two areas make a great first impression which we strive to maintain by keeping them in excellent shape. A place you'll be proud to invite family and guests. While these rooms are for everyone to enjoy, we ask those with young children to monitor their children’s activity within these areas and to not leave the children unattended.
