BICYCLE STORAGE

9600 maintains storage rooms for residents’ bicycles. Storage space is available by lease agreement only, at a cost of $25 per bicycle. Bicycle Rules & Regulations, as well as the Bicycle Space Lease Agreement form, can be printed here. Payment must accompany the return of your Lease Agreement. All bicycles are assigned numbered stickers for identification and a Bike Room will be assigned to you. Bike Rooms are accessible by key FOB and are available only to those assigned to that room. Any bicycle without proper identification will be quarantined and, if unclaimed or unpaid for, will be donated to charity.

LOCKERS

Lockers are not available for each unit at the present time. Owners who have lockers renew each year at a cost of $30 per locker. However, residents are invited to place their name on the Locker Waiting List, maintained by the Management Office. There is no guarantee as to when the requested locker may become available.
